Our Installation Process
From initial enquiry to final handover, we keep your installation clear, organised and professionally managed.
1. Initial Consultation
Get in touch to discuss your installation project and requirements. If possible, please have your completed Installation Checklist ready to help us provide a more accurate quotation and ensure a smoother planning process.
2. Site Review
If required, we will carry out a site review to assess access, ground conditions and any additional requirements before providing your final quotation.
3. Installation Planning
Once your quotation has been accepted, we'll schedule the installation at a time that works around your business to minimise disruption. Before installation, please ensure you have read the Customer Responsibilities document to help ensure a safe and successful project
4. Professional Installation
Our experienced installers assemble your structure safely and efficiently. Project timescales will vary depending on the size, complexity and specific requirements of your installation.
5. Final Inspection
We carry out a final inspection before handover to ensure everything has been installed to our quality standards. Please sign the Sign-Off Sheet upon completion to confirm your satisfaction. This document is required to support any future warranty claims.
