Refund policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation:
Hardlife Utility does not consider an order to be placed until the customer has made payment for said order and funds have cleared. Should a customer wish to cancel an order before receiving it, there may be a cancellation fee involved due to the high value and made to order nature of the item(s). If a customer's order includes items which may require a cancellation fee clause to be enforced, this will be communicated to the customer and included in the terms and conditions printed on their invoice.
Returns:
Within 14 Days:
Customers are entitled to return goods for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them with no explanation necessary. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If they have been altered in any way or the customer has tried to have the items repaired themselves, the customer is considered to have 'accepted' the goods.
It must also be in the original packaging.
After 14 Days:
Should a customer wish to return items after 14 days, an explanation must be provided and photographs included showing that either a) the item(s) have not been used, or b) the item(s) are faulty or cannot be used.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to Faulty Goods:
In the case of the customer receiving faulty/inadequate goods, with the fault proven to lie with the manufacturing, Hardlife Utility will offer a replacement of the same value (if possible) at no extra cost, a discounted upgrade or a full refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and deemed to be unaltered upon inspection inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hardlifeutility.com.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hardlifeutility.com and send your item to: -

To return your product, you should ship your product to Hardlife UK Ltd., Unit 4, Dawson Road, Milton Keynes, MK1 1LH, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
